Ingredient: Chicken Breast – 2, Yogurt– ½ cup, National Biryani Masala – 2 TBSP, National Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 TBSP, Oil – 3 TBSP, Sliced Onions (¼ Cup), Chopped Tomatoes (¼ Cups), Green Bell Peppers (¼ Cup), Red Bell Peppers (¼ Cup), Boiled Rice (2 Cups), Chopped Cilantro (1 TBSP), Orange Food Color.
Method: Slice chicken into thin pieces. To this add yogurt, National Biryani Masala, National Ginger Garlic Paste mix well and keep aside. In a hot wok add oil and lightly brown the onion. Add chicken and stir fry till changes the color. To this add tomatoes, green and red bell peppers and stir fry for 30 secs. Add boiled rice and stir fry. Finish with chopped cilantro and food color.
