Ingredients: Chicken breast 2, Tikka Botti Masala 1 tablespoon, Lemon Juice 2 tablespoon, Cilantro 1 tbsp, Green chili 1, Butter 2 tablespoon, Onion 1 tablespoon, All purpose flour 1 teaspoon, Cream 1 cup, Crushed chili ½ teaspoon, Italian Seasoning ½ tsp, Cheddar Cheese ¼ cup, Red chili 1 tea, Boiled Fettuccini 2 cups.
Method: In a mixing bowl add chicken breast. To this add, National Tikka Botti Masala, lemon juice, cilantro, and green chili and marinate for an hour. Grill the chicken for 3 minutes both sides. In a sauté pan add butter, onion and cook for 1 minute. Add flour and cook for one minute. Add cream, crushed chili, Italian seasoning, cheddar cheese and cook till thickens. Add boiled fettuccini Pasta and cook for few minutes. Serve with grilled chicken.
