Ingredients: 1 pound fish fillets (use any thick white fish), 3 tablespoons @nationalfoodsglobal Lahori Fish Masala, 1 heaped tablespoon @nationalfoodsglobal Ginger Garlic Paste, 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 tablespoons water, Oil for frying.
Method: Rinse fish with a splash of water and vinegar. Pat dry. Combine all the ingredients to a thick paste. Pour all over the fish and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Fry the fish for 4-5 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
