Ingredients: Chicken Breast (Chopped)-2, National Garam Masala (1Tsp), National Himalayan Pink Salt (1 Tsp), National Green Chilli Sauce (½ Cup), Mayonnaise (½ Cup), Shredded Cheese (1 Cup), Flour – 3 / 4 Cup, Water 1.5 Cup, Eggroll sheet 10-12, Panko Breadcrumbs 1 Cup.
Method: In a mixing bowl chicken, National Garam Masala, National Himalayan Pink Salt, National Green Chili Sauce, mayonnaise, shredded cheese and mix well. In s small bowl make a thick paste using flour and water. Take an eggroll sheet and filled with chicken mixture and roll, use flour paste to seal. In a medium size mixing bowl make a thin paste using flour and water. Coat rolls with flour mixture and coat with panko breadcrumbs. Fry on medium low heat till light golden in color.
