Recipe Card: Chicken 1 lb. Yogurt ½ cup. Yellow food color 1/8 tea spoon. National Chicken 64 marination mix 1 pack. National Chicken 65 coating mix 1 packet. Water ½ cup. Oil for deep frying + 2 tbsp. Thai Red Chili. 4 Bell Peppers ½ cup. Curry Patta 10 leaves.
Method: Cut chicken in cubes. To this add yogurt, food color and 1 packet of National chicken 65 marination. Mix it well and let it marinate for 30 minutes. In a mixing bowl combine National Chicken 65 coating mix and water to make a thick paste. Dip the marinated chicken and fry on medium heat till golden. Strain and keep aside. In a sauté pan add 2 tablespoon oil. Crackle thai chili, bell peppers and curry pata. To this add fried chicken and sauté for few minutes. And server hot.
